As an Import Staff, you will oversee the entire import lifecycle, from initial documentation preparation to final clearance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare all necessary import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate effectively with international trade partners and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and track cargo status.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian customs regulations and trade compliance laws.
- Communicate with customs brokers to facilitate timely clearance of shipments and resolve any regulatory queries.
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and update the company database regularly.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics providers to optimize budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and meet production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse international partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
