Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment arrivals.
- Monitor and track shipment status to provide accurate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies.
- Handle import permit processes and coordinate with relevant government agencies (e.g., E-reg, NIB).
- Maintain an organized filing system for all import-related transactions and records.
- Resolve potential bottlenecks in the customs clearance process to minimize demurrage and storage costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an import/logistics role within a manufacturing or freight forwarding company.
- Solid understanding of INCOTERMS and Indonesian Import Customs (PIB/PEB documentation).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system is a significant advantage.
