Private Advertiser is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Staff to join our logistics team. We are currently seeking a proactive professional to manage the end-to-end import process, ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating with international suppliers, handling customs documentation, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to resolve logistical challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers to schedule shipments and ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Prepare and process all necessary import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Monitor shipping schedules and update the internal team on the status of incoming cargo.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Manage inventory records related to imported merchandise and conduct regular stock audits.
- Assist in the quality control process for incoming shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in import/export operations or logistics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
