Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate import operations for various clients and cargo types
- Prepare and process customs documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and customs authorities to resolve any import-related issues
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the import process
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and provide import solutions
- Generate regular and irregular reports on import services and operations
- Stay updated on changes in import regulations and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in import operations or logistics
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using logistics software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
