Santos Jaya Abadi is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import Staff to join our dynamic logistics and manufacturing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our international supply chain operations, ensuring that all imported goods are processed efficiently, compliantly, and in a timely manner.
As an Import Staff, you will take ownership of the full import documentation lifecycle, coordinating closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire import documentation process, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to track incoming shipments.
- Prepare and review essential import documents, including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Customs Clearance forms.
- Monitor and update the status of import shipments to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse or production facility.
- Handle HS Code classification and coordinate with the team regarding import permits and licensing requirements.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies and third-party agencies to resolve clearance issues or delays.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for all import records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an Import or Logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import procedures, and HS Code system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
