As our Import Staff, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customs documentation, freight forwarders, and internal procurement teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the entire import process from supplier shipment to final warehouse delivery.
- Manage all import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
- Liaise with customs brokers and government agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and ensure accurate HS Code classification.
- Track shipment status and maintain constant communication with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Resolve any customs issues, port congestion delays, or documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all import records for audit and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in import/export operations or customs brokerage.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Customs Regulations, Kepabeanan, and tax requirements.
- Proficient in using the CEISA system or other customs filing software.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
