Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare all import documentation including customs forms, shipping invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of all import activities
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations, tariffs, and procedures
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and regulatory authorities
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import shipments
- Monitor and report on import costs and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of imported goods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, or logistics
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in changing situations
