As an Import Staff member, you will act as a key liaison between our international suppliers and internal logistics departments. You will handle complex documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure all import regulations are strictly met. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end import process for HVAC equipment and components.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, primarily in China, requiring daily verbal and written communication in Mandarin.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations, import permits (PI), and SNI requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to track shipments and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Maintain an accurate database of all import activities and provide regular status updates to management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient receipt and inventory logging of imported goods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) is mandatory for effective communication with suppliers.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations or supply chain logistics.
- Proficient understanding of Indonesian Customs systems (CEISA) and import regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure shipping schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation with high accuracy.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
