Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor end-to-end inbound delivery operations to ensure zero disruption to manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with external vendors, shipping lines, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Perform meticulous follow-up on Purchase Orders (PO) and vendor invoices to maintain clean, compliant operational records.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, demurrage risks, and receiving discrepancies.
- Maintain high-accuracy data entry and status tracking within our SAP ERP system.
- Prepare regular logistical performance reports, tracking key KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and transport costs.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse Operations to optimize inventory receiving processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, import/export operations, or inbound supply chain, preferably within FMCG or heavy manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience operating SAP (MM/SD modules) or equivalent enterprise logistics systems.
- Strong understanding of domestic freight, customs regulations, and container terminal operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relations.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work and be stationed full-time in Simalungun (Sei Mangkei), North Sumatra.
