Erajaya is currently seeking an expert Inbound Manager to join our expanding logistics team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complex end-to-end import processes for our apparel and footwear divisions, ensuring seamless supply chain flow and strict regulatory compliance.
As an Inbound Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert for customs clearance, freight forwarding, and local import regulations. You will lead efforts to optimize lead times, mitigate risks, and manage relationships with customs brokers and forwarders. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end import operations for apparel and footwear merchandise.
- Manage relationships with PPJK (Customs Brokerage Services) and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian import regulations, trade policies, and HS code classifications.
- Coordinate with internal procurement and warehouse teams to align inbound shipments with demand planning.
- Monitor and optimize logistical costs while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare detailed import documentation, including PIB, COO, and other mandatory regulatory filings.
- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance inbound efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain/logistics management, specifically within the apparel and footwear retail industry.
- Mandatory: Current and valid PPJK Certification.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian customs laws, import/export procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced import environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail regarding documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
