Erajaya is seeking a dynamic and analytical Inbound Manager to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless end-to-end management of inbound logistics, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
As an Inbound Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our principals, distributors, and internal warehousing teams. You will utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance, optimize storage utilization, and manage reverse logistics (customer returns) with precision. If you possess a strong background in supply chain management, a sharp eye for operational KPIs, and the leadership skills to drive process improvements, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate end-to-end inbound performance from distributors and principals against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and optimize reverse logistics processes, ensuring efficient handling of returns from customers.
- Provide comprehensive operational data analysis regarding inbound volume, storage capacity, and throughput efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Oversee stock intake schedules to ensure optimal alignment with warehouse storage capacity and demand planning.
- Prepare regular management reports and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain high standards of inventory integrity and operational compliance across all inbound channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or telecommunications sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Advanced Excel/Data Visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of SLA management, lead time optimization, and reverse logistics frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve complex operational issues.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven retail ecosystem.
