In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of inbound channels, including distributors and principals, ensuring strict adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will play a critical role in optimizing storage operations and providing accurate operational data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
As the Inbound Manager, you will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly from principal to distributor. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate inbound performances from distributors, principals, and customer returns to ensure strict SLA compliance.
- Analyze operational data regarding inbound flows and storage efficiency to identify process improvement areas.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to streamline distribution processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and high inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the reconciliation of inbound stock and implement best practices in warehouse storage management.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations highlighting key logistics KPIs to senior management.
- Implement and maintain inventory control protocols to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
- Proven track record of managing SLA performance and logistics KPIs in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
