This pivotal role oversees inbound logistics processes, ensuring seamless goods receipt, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency across our Jakarta Raya facilities. You'll manage a talented team of warehouse associates while implementing best practices in safety, compliance, and productivity optimization. As a key contributor to Erajaya's supply chain network, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support our growing retail and distribution operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise inbound operations including receiving, unloading, and verification of goods
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient scheduling of inbound shipments
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in warehouse or inbound logistics supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
