Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily inbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with outbound teams to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage space.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all inbound receiving, checking, and storage activities.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; technical English proficiency is a plus.
