Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for Capital Expenditure (Capex) projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and conduct RFPs/RFQs to secure the best value for engineering and infrastructure equipment.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers, performing site audits and financial risk assessments to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with local and international vendors.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and production teams to define specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor and track Capex budget utilization, providing regular reports to management on cost savings and project status.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality non-conformity, and contract disputes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically focusing on Capex or industrial machinery sourcing.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement life cycle, including tender management and contract law.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build rapport with suppliers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
