Universal Agri Bisnisindo is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Indirect Purchasing Supervisor to lead our procurement operations in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of non-production goods and services, ensuring that every purchase aligns with our quality standards, budgetary constraints, and operational excellence goals.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency by managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing robust procurement workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive indirect procurement strategies to support organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies, office services, and logistics support.
- Conduct thorough market research and vendor benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate favorable terms and service level agreements (SLAs) with key suppliers to maximize cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs, such as purchase price variance and lead times, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast needs and maintain optimal inventory levels for indirect materials.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in indirect purchasing, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices, cost-reduction methodologies, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to communicate effectively with stakeholders and global suppliers.
