Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems for industrial processes and financial workflows.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and efficiency metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure budget compliance on global-scale projects.
- Coordinate with local and international stakeholders to streamline supply chain and operational resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational risks and enforce company-wide compliance standards.
- Support the senior management team with accurate forecasting and strategic business planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing controlling role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory standards and industrial best practices in Indonesia.
