- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to optimize production workflows and eliminate waste
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen principles
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) and time studies for process optimization
- Manage industrial engineering team, providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce production costs
- Implement automation and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industrial engineering leadership
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process simulation and optimization tools
- Experience in textile or apparel manufacturing highly desirable
- Proven track record of reducing production costs and improving OEE metrics
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
