Are you an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager ready to drive operational excellence? Pan Brothers, a leading textile manufacturer in Indonesia, is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our production processes and optimization strategies in our Tangerang facility.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing production efficiency, reducing waste, and implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure that operational goals are met with the highest standards of quality and safety. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights to keep our operations at the forefront of the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Industrial Engineering team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain and production managers to optimize inventory and resource allocation.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and enhance product quality.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding operational status and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
