Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, unauthorized access, or vandalism of NIA properties.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, personnel, and equipment entering or leaving the facility premises.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily security activities, incidents, and visitor records.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, or medical emergencies following established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities and ensure perimeter security.
- Enforce agency policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure and orderly working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of at least two years of studies in college or a relevant vocational course.
- Must possess a valid Security Guard License (or relevant certification recognized by the Philippine authorities).
- Proven experience in industrial, corporate, or government security operations.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and standard security equipment.
