Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production processes, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain machinery, including troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage production materials and spare parts inventory to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Evaluate and coach subordinates to boost performance and improve overall department productivity.
- Implement and refine production methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data and generate regular reports on machine output and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety (K3) protocols and company operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School/Vocational Diploma (SMK) in Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Injection or Blowing Machine Operator/Staff, preferably in the FMCG or plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of injection molding and blow molding machine mechanics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Proficient in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting within a production environment.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for factory floor operations.
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with production scheduling.
