Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize injection molding processes for various polymer materials
- Conduct mold trials and troubleshoot production defects (short shots, warpage, flash, etc.)
- Analyze process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and cost reductions
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding operations
- Strong knowledge of polymer materials, mold design principles, and tooling
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and process monitoring systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret engineering specifications
- Problem-solving skills with data-driven approach to process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
