Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of electronic components and finished products against quality specifications
- Identify, document, and report quality defects or non-conformances to management
- Utilize precision measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation for traceability
- Collaborate with production teams to implement immediate corrective actions
- Adhere to ISO standards and internal quality control procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement
- Communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality inspection or manufacturing roles
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify minute defects
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (ISO 9001)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
