Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming of assigned areas, including patient rooms, corridors, and common spaces.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital hygiene and sanitation standards to prevent infection and maintain a healthy environment.
- Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and pressure washers.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Dispose of waste and biohazard materials according to local health regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with patients and hospital staff.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety and cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or institutional cleaning setting is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
