Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct lectures and practical demonstrations in assigned subjects according to the approved syllabus and college policies.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and visual aids to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess student learning through examinations, quizzes, projects, and practical performances, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and advise students regarding academic progress, career paths, and personal development.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review committees, and staff development activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the continuous improvement of educational programs.
- Engage in community extension programs and research activities relevant to the college's mandate.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of specialization from a recognized higher education institution.
- Must be a Registered Professional Teacher or eligible to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional delivery and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues.
