Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and conduct hands-on laboratory sessions in Electrical Engineering courses
- Develop and maintain up-to-date course materials, syllabi, and assessment methodologies aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students on academic excellence, career development, and professional ethics in electrical engineering
- Participate actively in curriculum development, program review, and quality assurance initiatives
- Engage in scholarly research activities and contribute to the advancement of electrical engineering knowledge
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure program relevance and facilitate student internships
- Contribute to departmental activities, faculty committees, and university-wide initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in electrical engineering education
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- On-going Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is highly preferred
- Strong foundation in fundamental and advanced electrical engineering concepts
- Eligibility for appropriate civil service eligibility (RA 1080)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
- Teaching experience or relevant industry experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in educational technology and laboratory equipment operation
