Phoenix Resources International is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Instrument Technician to join our elite engineering team in Tarakan, North Kalimantan. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine calibration, testing, and maintenance of pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Troubleshoot and repair Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD).
- Conduct loop checks and functional testing during planned maintenance shutdowns or plant turnarounds.
- Install and commission new instrumentation hardware and control valves according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret and update P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and instrument loop drawings.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with corporate safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to diagnose process deviations related to instrumentation failure.
- Document all maintenance activities and calibration results in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Physics Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil & gas, mining, or power generation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HART protocols, Foundation Fieldbus, and industrial networking.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools and diagnostic software.
- Valid certification in Industrial Instrumentation or K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment and handle emergency call-outs.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic English proficiency for reading technical manuals and documentation.
