Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth investigations into security breaches, internal irregularities, and potential risks within the Oil and Gas operational landscape.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple intelligence sources to produce comprehensive reports for management.
- Monitor and evaluate operational threats, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate organizational risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Manage investigative databases and maintain accurate, confidential records of all findings.
- Perform threat assessments and site security audits to ensure industry best practices are upheld.
- Present clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership to assist in strategic security planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Intelligence Studies, Security Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate investigation, intelligence analysis, or government intelligence services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Deep understanding of the Oil and Gas industry landscape and associated security challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in investigation software, data visualization tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion, integrity, and objectivity while handling sensitive information.
