Join Independent Nostra Creations as an Interim Demand Planner and drive strategic inventory optimization through precise forecasting. In this critical role, you'll analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional impacts, and product availability to develop accurate demand forecasts that align with business objectives. Your insights will directly influence production planning, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency while minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure demand planning initiatives support organizational growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving to navigate dynamic market conditions and deliver actionable recommendations.

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional insights
- Analyze supply chain metrics to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align demand planning with business objectives
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions for variances
- Support production planning by providing demand-driven recommendations
- Utilize forecasting tools and analytical models to predict future demand patterns
- Document demand planning processes and maintain data integrity in systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management
- Proficiency in demand planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing/retail
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and inventory optimization techniques
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
