Are you a visionary interior design professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? Pakuwon Group, one of Indonesia's leading real estate developers, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Design Hotel Supervisor to join our team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between design concepts and architectural execution, ensuring that our hotels reflect the highest standards of luxury, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
You will manage the end-to-end design coordination process, working closely with elite ID and lighting consultants to bring complex hospitality projects to life. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise interior design processes for new and ongoing hotel developments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external ID and lighting consultants to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Liaise effectively with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure seamless integration of ID elements.
- Monitor the procurement of high-end materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction and installation align with the design specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and lighting mock-ups.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that design milestones are met within the overall development schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in hotel or high-end commercial interior design projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of hospitality design standards, local building codes, and material specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders and consultants.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and interior construction drawings.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple project workflows simultaneously.
