Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Operations Supervisor to strengthen our governance framework and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will oversee audit operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement risk mitigation strategies across financial and operational processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate internal audit operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Lead risk assessments and control evaluations across financial, operational, and IT domains
- Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage audit documentation, reporting, and follow-up processes for corrective actions
- Mentor and develop audit team members through performance coaching and skill development
- Collaborate with department heads to implement process improvements and control enhancements
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting audit methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management frameworks, and internal controls
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional certification (CIA, CPA, or CISA) is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
