Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit programs aligned with company objectives.
- Perform systematic risk assessments to identify control weaknesses and operational gaps.
- Analyze financial reports, accounting records, and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document audit findings, observations, and discrepancies in a clear, objective manner.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal controls and mitigate business risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal/external auditing or financial control.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, accounting standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
