- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and evaluate operational risks, recommending measures to mitigate them
- Review financial and operational data for accuracy and reliability
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and process improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or poultry industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards
