Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding international shipments, delivery timelines, and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with shipping partners, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, and service issues
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and certificates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service improvement and upselling
  • Stay updated on international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or shipping industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and logistics software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
