Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end international shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to resolve logistical challenges.
  • Manage essential import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Analyze and optimize logistics costs and transit times to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication with international suppliers to track purchase orders and production schedules.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports on international shipments for management review.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international operations, export-import, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
