Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end international shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to resolve logistical challenges.
- Manage essential import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Analyze and optimize logistics costs and transit times to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with international suppliers to track purchase orders and production schedules.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on international shipments for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international operations, export-import, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
