Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with international NGOs, universities, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) departments.
- Manage and cultivate existing relationships with global stakeholders through regular engagement and reporting.
- Coordinate international visits, delegations, and collaborative workshops.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and partnership documentation to secure external support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with local project teams to align international initiatives with the foundationās grassroots goals.
- Monitor global trends in international development to identify potential opportunities for foundation growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in International Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or international outreach.
- Professional fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional networking skills with a proven track record of managing cross-cultural relationships.
- Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in digital marketing or CRM software is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment based in Bali.
