Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end international procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to final delivery.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and lead times with overseas suppliers to optimize costs.
- Monitor and track global shipments, ensuring timely arrival and compliance with import regulations.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all supplier documentation and performance metrics are accurate.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide informed recommendations to management.
- Handle import documentation, customs clearance processes, and quality control inspections for incoming shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in international purchasing or procurement.
- Strong understanding of international trade, import/export regulations, and Incoterms.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
