LIDA KARYA INDONESIA is looking for a high-performing International Trade Sales Executive to lead our strategic expansion into the Australian market. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to bridge the gap between Indonesian manufacturing excellence and Australian commercial demand.

In this role, you will be the face of our company for Australian clients, responsible for identifying lucrative market opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of Australian business culture, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a proven track record in export-import sales or international trade.

You will work closely with our logistics and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the company's presence in the Australian market.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads through proactive market research and networking.
  • Manage the entire export sales process, from initial inquiry and quotation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Australian importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure compliance with Australian customs regulations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Australia to provide actionable insights for product development.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for the senior management team.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions to showcase our product portfolio.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in international sales, specifically focusing on export markets.
  • Native-level or professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with a strong understanding of Australian business etiquette.
  • Deep knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), export documentation, and trade compliance.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the Australian time zone (AEST/AWST).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
