This critical role ensures seamless warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing stock management processes. You'll be responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting regular stock reconciliations, and maintaining real-time inventory data in our management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse transactions
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation procedures
- Update inventory database in real-time for all incoming/outgoing items
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for inventory planning
- Generate inventory reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
