Asiatek Indo Makmur is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Inventory and Logistic Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our supply chain efficiency, overseeing daily warehouse operations, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods from procurement to final distribution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing inventory accuracy and streamlining logistical processes in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space utilization to improve picking efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage logistics documentation, shipping schedules, and coordinate with third-party transport providers.
- Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all warehouse facilities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on inventory turnover, shipping performance, and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP or similar systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse warehouse teams.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight delivery deadlines.
