In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory data, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring the seamless flow of logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across all warehouse locations to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies immediately.
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and lead times to provide actionable insights for stock optimization.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound/outbound shipments and prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and dashboards for management review to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and minimize material waste.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, storage, and handling protocols for all inventory categories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into operational strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is highly advantageous.
