- Execute accurate stock takes in stores, warehouses, and offices on a scheduled basis.
- Perform physical counts and verify inventory levels against system records.
- Identify discrepancies, calculate variances, and investigate the causes of missing or excess items.
- Prepare detailed missing item reports and secure approval from store managers or supervisors.
- Maintain organized inventory logs and digital databases for audit purposes.
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
