Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end inventory control processes to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate and execute regular stock opname schedules (cycle counts) and identify the root cause of any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Manage warehouse storage layout to maximize space efficiency and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an Inventory Supervisor, Foreman, or equivalent role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices, including FIFO, LIFO, and JIT methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be based in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.
