Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute periodic cycle counts and full stock audits across warehouse locations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to prevent future recurrence.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory performance reports for management review.
- Implement and maintain standardized inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and inventory process issues.
- Safeguard company assets by enforcing strict warehouse security and handling protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or audit roles.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate across different levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
