In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain by managing inventory levels, monitoring stock aging, and ensuring optimal storage practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across all warehouse locations for both local and imported stock.
- Implement and maintain rigorous stock aging analysis to minimize obsolescence and waste.
- Supervise inventory storage, categorization, and placement strategies to maximize warehouse space efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes to ensure system accuracy.
- Manage tracking for product expiration dates to ensure high-quality standard fulfillment.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future stock variances.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to manage incoming shipments and supply flow.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using inventory management software (ERP/WMS).
- Solid understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
