Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to ensure adequate stock availability
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and shrinkage
- Generate regular inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and handling of products
- Stay updated with inventory management best practices and implement improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and practices
