Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical stock takes and reconcile data with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor daily inventory transactions, including inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and internal transfers.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes to prevent future variances.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse facility.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management regarding stock levels, aging items, and potential shortages.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and minimize operational delays.
- Implement cycle counting procedures to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Warehouse Staff, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management software or WMS.
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability for company assets.
- Willingness to be placed in Depok and work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
