- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our management system
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast inventory needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
