Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and reconciliations
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams for seamless stock flow
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory documentation including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Utilize inventory management software for real-time tracking and reporting
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles
