In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory records and ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our supply chain operations.
As an Inventory Control Staff member, you will be on the ground managing day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinating with transport teams, and ensuring that all documentation is strictly maintained. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with system records.
- Coordinate with trucking and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor factory inventory levels and warehouse conditions.
- Prepare and process essential shipping, receiving, and internal inventory documentation.
- Oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure safety and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse organization and housekeeping.
- Prepare daily inventory reports for management using Microsoft Excel.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Logistics/Management/related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data entry).
- High attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily operational deadlines.
